If it happens at a stand still, that's weird. When driving the vibration might be from the wheels. Do they have the correct hub-centric rings installed?

Probably out of balance...assuming the rims/tires are good
Sounds like your car is running out of juice or something not matching up with the new rim size...can't tell from your post, more details!

haha it happened when the car is at a stand still. I took the car out and drove it around. The problem slowly faded away. I have not checked it today but will do it soon.

When you turn the wheels left and right at a stand still, the quivering is the EPS re-calibrating. When you start driving, the quivering will stop unless you have other issues with the S.

But I like Chow-bots answer better.

I know my car does this when I saw on the steering wheel with the car stopped.
