Steering Wheel Quivering
I just got new rims + some tires. And when i went to turn the steering wheel left and right. The steering wheel will start quivering left and right and will not stop until the car is shut off. Any ideas what problem this is?

i'm assuming that your car is at a standstill ?
if it's when you're driving, maybe they weren't balanced correctly.
Power steering is only a power assisted thing, it shouldn't move your steering wheel of it's own accord...
maybe your tires are too grippy? best way to check is to put your old rims on and see if the problem goes away, then you can eliminate the new tires/rims
sorry, it's not much help, but it's a weird problem...
