Here is the scoop. In local forums, the members can decide how the for sale posts will be handled. Locally, we have allowed non-members to sell within the Vancouver forum IF we know them (they come out to meets) or if a member is willing to stand up for them and say they know the person is ligit. In some regional forums there is no selling at all, in others you have to be a member...

There has been some discussion on the part of the site moderators to restrict all selling to regional for sale forums (not set up yet), in which case you would need to be a member to sell, but that has yet to be set up.
