Wow, it looks like you were pretty lucky to come out relatively intact. You might want to consider the fact that after a fairly bad accident, the car did manage to keep you alive. The car has a pretty good history in this respect, and the fact that it has an open cockpit doesn't seem to be much of an issue. The big problem with the S2000 is the available power... Sometimes it is just too tempting to keep the speed down. Luckily in this case you were doing close to the speed limit.
Hope your recovery goes well and you are able to get a nice replacement.

I would have people out hunting for that mustang. If they swiped you, there is evidence somewhere. Either contact all the shops you can, and see if any came in for damage, or just hunt around.
Glad to see you made it out safe, I guess those little roll over bars actually do serve a purpose.

Lucky you were wearing your seatbelt. Hope it all if this works out well with ICBC and everything goes your way. Materials can be replaced a life can not. Glad to see someone was watching over you that day.

Ouch.. glad to hear you're OK...
I hit a ditch once... didn't hurt the car any but scared the shit out of me... I can see why you will stay away from the S for a while...
Out of curiousity... is ICBC going to fix the car or write it off?

the car is a writeoff. The car took a very hard impact and i'm impressed at how it help up. I am very lucky to have ppl pull over and help. There were about 6 cars that pulled over to help me. Its starting to sink in now, I miss my baby... I'm gonna get another one eventually

I'm glad that you're okay, ur a pretty cool guy when I met you at the first meet. It's a shame you're not going to get another s2k I don't see very many red s2k's around. I guess I won't be seeing you anymore driving with the top down on Kingsway.

Hey man,
That's horrible news but like everyone else said, the most important thing is that you made it through this alive man! It looks like the S did hold up fairly well though, maybe in a couple years you can find yourself in another one . Hope you feel better soon, I can't even imagine the shock you must have been in...

Sorry to hear about the accident Like everyone said, glad you are alive.
Hopefully another witness (who might not have stopped) might've managed to get the license plate of the Mustang--if so, I hope that person calls into ICBC for you.
