Default importing s2000 from US

hi I am a new member here. I am looking to sell my current car here and use it to buy a used S2000. Looking for a white exterior w/ red interior preferred. How's importing from USA? Do you recommend it? The price of used s2000 looks pretty high now, possibly due to spring season. I was actually comparing it with 350z.
Your opinions/ suggestions would help.

Thank you

Welcome! That's a fairly rare (and desired) colour combination that tends to go for a premium. Only US GPW cars got it, so you'd definitely have a better chance finding one if you looked in the states.

Hello, I Just imported the third vehicle from the US. This time a 2006 S2000 (Silverstone/red) it cost about CDN $ 350.- for RIV and the BC Provincial Inspection. Don't worry about the Recall Letter, Honda America will not issue one! The fellow at the RIV office will use the Honda America website to print a copy. Just follow the instructions at the RIV.ca website and you should be OK. Regarding price, I saved about CDN $ 10'000.- compared to local prices. I hope this helps.
