I'll be at the next one for sure. We should definitely all go down together, it's always more fun that way and it makes it easier for the new guys.

 

Hey Leslie I don't think I can come out and watch today as I'm feeling sick...let us know how it went though!

 

It was pretty good =)... the pavement was pretty cold and wet when we first got there but thankfully it started to dry off as the day went by.

Man it was sooo slippery in the first couple of runs. I DNF most of my first 4 runs (for sure at least 2 haha) and plun at least once in all 4 i think haha. i have no experience pushing teh car in the wet and kept on applying too much gas when my wheels wasn't straightened out, hence why i slid so much.

Later in the day the track was pretty much dry aside from some of the big puddles, so i managed to pull 3 pretty clean runs chopping off 10 secs or more from my orginal times(which were tierrible haha).

after that it started to slowly rain and after the last car ran it started pouring. So we were really lucky with the weather.

Overall it was quite an educational experience for me ^^! Hope to see some more guys out next time!
