the white you see is most likely primer. you would still have to get it painted.
you can do either, ship to the states and pick it up, or have it shipped to your home
shipping to the states is cheaper and is faster.
shipping to your home is more expensive but sometimes more convenient if you do not wish to travel to america

I got my CF Downforce lip from Tommy at Go Tunning..., great experience and had it shipped to my door. Is that two pieces or just one? Lip and bumper? That does look nice.

If its just for looks you might as well get the shine bumper. Fitment is fine and it looks great =). Also comes unpainted as well. Will prob cost you about 600 to get it here i believe.
So if your not really all that into legit JDM bling, it might be a better choice. Good Luck!

The only problem with replicas is although they will fit, if you're the type of person obsessed with PERFECT fitment and don't have fiberglassing skills, you'll probably end up spending as much or more money in the long run in body work for a bumper that now looks the same but isn't the real thing. That, and the fact that Shine doesn't make a lip as far as I know, the only replica lip I know of is made by "SIC SPORT" and mixing and matching replicas and replicas of replicas could have interesting results.
