Oh and I highly suggest letting the car cool down thoroughly. The oil filters get mighty hot to hold...

And another thing, with 15% left, it's got a lot to do. I think I did another 800km after I saw the wrench and changed my oil.

when I changed my oil, the oil life just changed to 5% the day before.

From what I can tell, I should be able to do 8000km before an oil change, or from what little I drive, maybe a year.

Andy the wind restrictor didn't come with a bracket so I will have to use my old one. Not sure just the plexi-glass would be any good to you???
I'll let you know if I can find someone selling just the bracket....doesnt seem likely though from what I can tell.

A rubber kitchen glove also works great for getting the oil filter off if its tight.....gives you amazing grip.

Thanks guy's. I downloaded the instructions with images, looks pretty straight forward. I used to do my own oil changes back when I was younger, but honestly havn't done one in quite a while.

OK so I need a crush washer and can get that at Honda correct? Filter wrench I can pick up, and a socket for the plug. Says I should get 6 litres of oil too (just over 5). I already have a 6 pack of K&N oil filters that came with the car. You say Mobile 1 synthetic for HP engines in a 10w-30...?

I will let you know how I make out..., thanks again

I got it for 178.00 and that included shipping. Customs hit me for another $21.00 though once it got here. I hope to install it this week so you can see it at the next meet.
