Yep, my 09 had them too. A Honda tech told me I shouldn't take them off because they were stuck on with adhesive? Nope! I just remove them occasionally and rinse out the quarters. The liners are useful, they prevent rock chips which also can start rust. Interestingly enough, Japanese s2ks never got them.

Clearly the silver car with the black hard top had the best snow tires.
Actually, that's my car with a silver HT and it was running Blizzaks (MZ series). We had 2 with "performance" Blizzaks (LM series), one with Michelins Alpins. The current LM series are equivalent to the old MZ and that's what I use today.
DAVE !!! Welcome back. I was the Michelin Alpin guy waaay back when I lived in Calgary for a bit, lol.

Hey bud, how ya doin'? Haven't seen you post for so long, I thought you had vanished. I was hoping to see you last weekend at the Island Poker Run. I was there and was going to contact you but didn't know what had happened to you. Quite a few S2000s showed up out of the 35 cars there. Great drive. Maybe next year?

Hey, good buddy. It was a great pleasure to have met you at this event (Poker Run). I sincerely hope to have that opportunity again. You've got a great bunch of car enthusiasts on the Island.

Hi Dave, I always have something on the go. Now it's getting back into top level soccer. I'll be in Calgary lots as my nephews are playing for the Calgary Canucks Junior A team this year. Don't post or participate much these days cuz we did it pretty good when the cars were new to us back then. Cars still running great. Never breaks down. Thought you were gonna get a Two Four? Too bad you didn't call me, I would have met up with you. I still have your number.

And for all that don't know who XVIPER is, just look at his post count. He was instrumental in helping EVERYBODY back at the beginning of S2KI. He knows the S2000 inside and out.
