Really? I was even testing that! I stop on an uphill incline in a foot of snow and see if I can make it up from a standstill. There's a little bit of spinning in first, but put in in second and my blizzak ws-60's dig in and no problem at all.

There's a lot of variables that determine whether you will get stuck or not.
