How many KMs you guys get on a tank of gas? I only get 300-350km using Mohawk 90 octane.

I seem to avg. around 350, although I have the occasional 380-400 tank.

I was empty, no bars with the light on for about 6 kms and I filled up with 94 at Chevron. $1.49/liter!!! Cost me 65 bucks to fill up, dammit. And the worst part was I was in Richmond, so it was full service and the douchebag spilled gas on my car while putting the pump in. I was not happy with that.

i average 350km before the light comes on, but i drive in stop and go traffic 5 days a week, so i waste a lot of fuel idling. I always use Chevron 92 octane.
Filled up at 1.29 this afternoon in Richmond

I filled up on Friday & got 319kms on 38.247 litres. Extrapolated to a full tank would work out to about 417kms.

Exactly how big are our tanks? My biggest fillup so far has been 41L and some change, and I typically get around 380km on a tank, but if I drove like a grandma I could probably break 400km. My S2000 is my DD, and my route to work is about half highway and half city.

Gas could cost $5/L and I still wouldn't break a sweat about filling my tank with 91 octane.

Btw, fwiw, I read somewhere that Mohawk gasoline gets bad gas mileage b/c of the high Ethanol content in it. Something about needing to burn more Ethanol to get the same BTU rating as non-Ethanol gas. Not sure if there's any truth to it, by I for one will stay away from it, especially if it's only 90 octane!

I actually get about the same as Alex. I drive like 90% city with crappy traffic jam. Always fill up at Chevron 91. Hate full service too, I'll always do it myself. Gas is rising so much, 135 today geez.

I only fill with Chevron 94. Gas mileage varies from 280-340 depending on city or highway. My biggest fillup was around 48, close to 49 liters and it was bone dry so i'm guessing this car has a 50 liter tank.

Prices keep climbing higher and higher. Heard that it was the most profitable year for the oil companies. They're saying that gas prices will reach 1.50 by summer, thats including the new 2 cents per liter tax coming up in june.....
