A long list of winter projects is almost complete! Car was on the dyno out at the track for 7 hours on Sat. As Mr. Flexer was evangelizing for months, the power delivery with the turbo comes so much earlier. The AEM electronic boost controller is not fully hooked up yet, so the car was tuned at just 7 PSI. Even though the compression was lowered significantly with the 3 mm head gasket, the car at just 7 PSI has 50 RWHP and 40 torque more at 4k RPM than it did with the super charger. I'm looking forward to what it's like at 12 to 14 PSI.

What you want is low end torque something the S2k doesn't have so Don't go trying to "mimic the stock power delivery".
Glad you came to the turbo side. There is a reason why all the major race teams like porsche and Lola use turbo's and not superchargers. Superchargers are nice for packaging and easy install THAT IS IT! PERIOD! NO BUTTS ABOUT IT!!!!
Anyway enough of my garbage. I CAN'T WAIT for a ride. Finially you will be able to better select your gears for each entry and exit of the corner instead of choosing what the you HAVE TO CHOOSE because if you don't you have no power. Your going to be SO much smoother on the track! I can't wait to see how much your times improve with the torque.

There's an open track day.
I had no problem beating my son's Evo last year.
A bunch of the Evo guys are meeting on Sun for a short drive up to do the carts in Layton.

I told you mike. Everyone wants to say "a super charger is better because it more resembles a stock motor with power delivery".......UMMM DO YOU WANT TO DO THAT!!! NO!!!
