Southwest S2000s in the Sun - Arizona Meet
This will be almost two months after the S2ki.com HQ meet and we're hoping our neighbors from Utah will come down and join us for a weekend of incredible drives, meet new friends and have a great time.
I'll even give you some great road trips to enjoy on your way over.

Thanks for the invite, sounds like a great time! But 900 miles each way, thats a long way to drive for a weekend. Does anyone know if this is a long weekend or anything? Is anyone else from UT interested in going? Will there still be snow on any of the mountains in April? Just wondering, new to the area.

Car and Model will be there taking pictures!! Over 50 S2000's already signed up!! Let's keep it going!!!
We are looking a pre-party Friday night. Back-Cracker style @ Hooters!!
The event is Saturday morning/afternoon. Lunch will be provided at Earnhardt Honda. Car show to follow event!!
We will have a banquet style dinner Saturday and we are looking a F1 style go-kart racing. These carts will go up to 40 MPH!!
Sunday we will have a banquet brunch for the out-of-towners!!
Come on guys it will be on hell of an event!!!

Rate: $89 per night single; $99 per night double
Instructions: Must call hotel directly at 602-273-7778 and ask for the 'Southwest S2000s In The Sun' rate. You will be required to pay a one night deposit to guarantee the reservation. This is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Rate is available from 4/27/05 to 5/3/05 in case anyone wants to come in early or stay extra nights.
Details: Hotel has a secure, covered parking garage. Rooms recently renovated. Bar and restaurant on the premises. (Although we'll be taking you to better places...)
