Default Berlina black hardtop

A berlina black hardtop was just sold in the bay area forum for $1,500! I was about 10 min too slow on the phone. ARG!

I've found an authentic Mugen CF though that I'll likely snag in the next couple of weeks. I can NOT believe I missed a berlina black that I could have picked up locally for $1,500!

Just had to share my pain ...

No ... that's the 3rd hardtop I've missed in CA that sold for less than $1700. $1,500 is the cheapest I've seen one. I thought I had it too!

The CF is a wee bit more expensive, but if I have to pay $2,500+ for an OEM, I'd just as soon pay the extra and get a CF. Too bad that Tan guy won't sell me his CF for cheep.

My CF big ugly ass wing arrived yesterday! I will officially be an ol' man ricer ....

Okay, so who is going to help me with my hardtop install? It should be here by next weekend. Volunteers? Free food, drink ... swimming pool will be open by next weekend too.

Excellent!

Tan, where are you? You've done a few of these ... right!? My hope is to get enough of you that all I need to do is serve drinks and provide food!

BTW ... I just ended up ordering a new hardtop. A brand new OEM hardtop with all hardware can now be had for $2,500 bucks! I was looking at picking up a used one for $2000 ... but since it didn't include hardware it was actually just as expensive as new.

I guess Honda decided to just start including all the hardware.

ps NO response yet to the "group drive" planned for this weekend?
