Factoring in the hour we loose, we should get into Cincy around 6:30-7. Dinner @ Montgomery Inn looks like it's starting at 7:30.

If you guys want to get lunch or check into the hotel earlier...we would probably have to push our time back an hour and a half. So we would be meeting around 10am, leaving at 10:30 sharp.

I have no problem with that but I know some people said that leaving at noon was cutting it close. Anyone's thoughts?

We can figure out some of the logistics of it tonight @ the Portillo's meat since Andy is coming too. I think it's most reliant on when he can get there since he is driving the farthest to get this thang going.

 

Same here. I'm planning on having everything ready Tuesday night and loading the car up Wednesday morning. Leaving at 10:30 works for me.
