There may be some confusion with WTD and the dragon. WTD is when the s2000's go. The dragon is open all year around.

I was told last year that several people could not go because of the dates for WTD or DBR.

So anyone with any vehicle could go to the dragon at anytime.

If you want to attend the WTD event I would just register. Last year I saw an rsx , 2 nsx's , cayman s , scion tc... I have seen RV's there.

Just wanted to clear that up.

Durning WTD there will be a heavy s2k presence. Last year there was minis and r32's and I think a honda team (mostly civics)...

We all played nicely..

I was a former member and went in 2008, it was a blast. Got rid of the S2000 and went a different direction, can I join in with a different car this year?

Just since several people have asked, yet I haven't heard a definite answer from most, what dates are / should people plan on asking off work? I want to plan as much as I can as earlu as possible.

FWIW, I would not recommend bringing your dually pulling a fifth wheel b/c there really is not enough room to safely negotiate the turns and remain in your lane while pulling a trailer. It's a public road though; so, technically anything goes.

I was really looking forward to this trip, but April 24th is Dark Lord Day and that only comes around once a year. I can't miss that...

^^^Two words, "beer swap".

We'll probably bring some of this again to honor the occasion:

Yup...that's a big thing with some of the cliques down at WTD....there's a big beer swap and wine swap thing that happens.

I know Huskergirl and Huskerhubby partake in it...they typically doesn't invite any of the other UMW'ers to it. We're known to drink more than to swap...

I think most people will plan on arriving on Thursday afternoon/evening.
