I'm new to the area, I was out on Woodward Saturday night with some guys from work until the cops told us we couldn't loiter anymore.

I would be nice to meet some fellow S2000 drivers. Do you guys just drive up and down Woodward or stop someplace to hang out?

We have a party on Woodward to hit and I planned on taking one of the other cars to avoid parking stress and tree sap. (Getting ready to sell the car so I dont want to risk anything)
However if there is a group gathering forming, I would reconsider.

BTW: If anyone knows of someone interested in a Sebring/Red MY02 supercharged with all the high end goodies 23k miles perfect condition for $35k, hit me up. (Pardon the solicitation)

The plan is the same as last year. For those who didn't attend last year, after meeting, we took a drive north on woodward, looped around Pontiac, and the drive ended at Royal Oak Brewery. We'll do the same thing. see the thread linked above of last years meet for more details. We'll start at 7:00 on Friday. Love to have as many as can make it! Hope to see you there!

Just so we're all clear, we're planning this meet for Friday night at 7pm (the night before the actual dream cruise, Saturday). Resident Sicko, we won't be parked for long, and Woodward shouldn't be quite as busy as it will be on Saturday. You shouldn't have to worry too much about tree sap and parking stress (or loitering tickets for that matter).

We'll try and make this. If we do, we'll bring along the leftover give aways from the Lakes tour meet. We will be happy to give something to each S2000 driver that shows up with their car (limit 12).

TYM2FLY, that sounds like a great offer!

Here's some more information on the meeting location:

Cranbrook Church Parking lot off Lone Pine Road, 1/2 mile west of Woodward. (there's also a link to a map below). Here's a sample photo from the parking lot looking towards the church:

Here is a link to exactly where we are meeting. You can see the parking lot just to the south west of the church if you zoom in:
