Jeff,

I was actually thinking of Dunlop SP5000's for a winter tire.

I don't plan to drive the "S" when it's really sloppy ... but in case I get caught like you did I was hoping they would get me safely home. It sounds like you might not agree ...

I wouldn't recommend the Dunlop 5000 for a winter tire. I took them off and put on Dunlop Winter Sport M2's, they seem fine.

I'm also considering going to the Fresh Water Tour.

The car is way to scary in winter with the S02's. I think I might do the freshwater tour too. Still contemplating.

Whats up everyone. Im a wisconsin native. I ran a few autocross events that steve was at but he kicks everyones ass. Ive been in europe for 2 months so i didnt see this thread but i will be home monday. I have parts waiting to be installed!! im soo excited. good to see that all the s2k owners arent grumpy old men driving like sissys haha. Got my s2k new last sept, i already have 17k on her. We should have a wisconsin s2k track day at gingerman this summer. Did i see that someone lives in oconomowoc??? if i did sweet i do too.

I grew up north of Milwaukee & still get back there quite often. I don't think I'll make fresh Water - but I'd be open to other WI/IL events.

Thanks for the offer steve. I bought the same exhaust as you have cuz its soo light. Its waiting for me when i get back! I will be out there all the time this year.
