Thumbs up Wisconsin January winter beater meet

OK it is time we plan another winter beater meet in the Milwaukee area. As most of you know I am 2 hours north so I look to the locals for ideas

The December meet was a great time and we had a great turn out. Lets try to do it again.

So for those interested in making the trip to Milwaukee for a January meet or even possibly future meets I want to hear your ideas!!

Anyone have any good ideas as far as location?? Also what date will work best for everyone? It will have to be a Friday or Saturday night.

How about Sat, Jan. 13th? I'll be in from Minneapolis picking up a catback/visiting my grandpa.

I could do Sat. the 13th. We could start off dinner at a restaurant and then go to Mo's Irish Pub downtown. It's always a good time there, especially if you like live music and frosty mugs of Irish grog. We could go to the lakeside brewery for dinner and lots of microbrews there. Or we could do the Safehouse again but start out at a different restaurant.

OK

option 1... Dinner at The Lakeside Brewery, then Mo's Irish Pub, depending how that goes we can stay or walk over to the safehouse later to finish the night.

option 2... Dinner at the Rock Bottom (or if anyone knows of another good place for dinner with in walking distance), then walk to Mo's and/or the safehouse.

Also as an FYI there is a parking garage within 1 block of Mo's Irish Pub, the safehouse and rock bottom.

Also does the 13th work for most people??
