Does the 70 dollars per cover the license fee??

Maybe we should plan this for after christmas but before new years. This way we can return the stuff we got that we didnt like, take that money and parlay it into this track event.

Why before new years, cuz i usually end up broke after the new years party.

What about Dave and Buster's for Friday night?

Gameworks has a 21+ policy after 9:00PM.

D&B requres that Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied a person 25 years of age or older who agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of the underage guests. One guardian can accompany up to a maximum of four underage guests. Underage guests must remain with their parent or guardian. Our other guests appreciate this and our insurance carrier requires it.

We could still meet up at AMC 30 (For the Schaumburg Crowd) then I would setup a route over to D&B. We would meet up with anyone headed straight there, like the Naperville folks, or the downtowners.

Here is the link to D&B. There are two locations in Chicagoland. I am talking about going to the one in Addison. The parking lot is HUGE and it is fairly central. (There are driving directions available from their site.) http://www.daveandbusters.com/

They have a racing game that is networked together. It allows up to 8 (mabey 10?) people to race against each other on the same track. They have a LOT of smaller ones too for two person or four person races. Plus tons of other games, and a bar.

This would be a very kid/family frendly type event for us too.

BTW -- Winter cars, non-s2k owners, families, etc. Are all welcome.

$70 for 3 of 4 races I think is a good price. If we organize this and set a date far enough in advance I think it would prove to be alot of fun.

Definitely in for both. Hey Pete thanks for the info on the indoor racing. I'm organizing my bud's bachelor party and that was an idea.

Anyway, I'm in for D&B for next Friday. I'd be willing to meet you guys up at AMC and drive back down. What time are you guys gonna be meeting up?

Still meet at AMC 30 at 6:30. I'll work on a route over to D&B and then provide a better guesstimate on when we will get there.

As to the bachelor party, they do not allow achohol for drivers at the indoor racing place. If they think you have been drinking they will breathalize you, and toss you out. So go there FIRST, THEN hit the nudie bar!
