Alrite my buddies have been there like 8 times already. The first time you go you have to get a license which costs 10 bucks. Each race afterward is 25 bucks. So 35 dollars for the first race. And its 25 laps per race. So thats a buck a lap. Break that down even further to the point where each lap takes 15 secs, so your paying a dollar for every 15 secs. Which is pretty insane. But theyve been back over and over again so you know it must be worth it!!

Cuz its been either one of two scenarios.

1. Im at work or doing something else

2. Or im broke/cheap and dont want to pay a dollar per 15secs.

THat's cool. I'll dig into it, and see about a group rate or something.

Damon, what is the parking like over there. Are we going to get "kiddies" messing with the cars?

Your gonna be in your truck anyway! But the parking lot is huge, we'll find a nice back row to lineup.

Thanks for your concern Pete.

Pete also ask them how many cars can be on the track at the same time. And if we can combine the two tracks and just make one big ass track!

Group Rate info:

We are looking at $70 per person with a guarentee of 4 races. (Assuming we have less than 10 participants) If we get more than 10 people then the rate is the same, but the races might be shorter and they can only garentee 3 races, but there will be a "champoinship race" for the top 10 drivers.

Up to 10 people can race at once.

They require 1/2 of the money 10 days in advance of the event, or because we would be registering with less than 10 days notice, we would need 100% of the money up front.

Frankly, I am not willing to front $700 in the hopes that 10 people show up and I get my money back. Logistaclly, we could set something up for a little further down the line (January/February) and do a pre-pay thing just like a track event. THAT I would be willing to coordinate. For something like that, we could potentially rent out one of the tracks for a couple of hours.

Thoughts? Comments?
