this happens to my ap2 sometimes. when i first started driving it. it has become more less occuring the past year. but i still have no idea why this happens. please update me on your problem, and if you get it fixed. i brought it into carr's honda, and they told me i had to duplicate what happends, and of course the car did not do it when i tried to show them.

 

I second Muller Honda, been there multiple times, they've been good and they have had good reviews from other members too

 

The thumping noise into first gear is normal. I believe the thumping actually occurs for second as well...correct me if I'm wrong members. But I'm pretty sure I'm right. Good luck again.

 

go for muller or ohare. muller repaired my blow engine when i had a warranty and i have a good friend working at ohare honda.

 

ohare wont give me a loaner and pauly honda wants to charge me 150 for just to look at it and ill give muellers a call on saturday

 

$150??? You did tell them it's still under warranty right? There should be no charge at all in my opinion if your still under warranty. Weird.

 

ya it sucks... so im calling another dealership muellers and see what they say

They seriously f**ked up my car and then refused to do anything about it.

They also did screwed me on one of their "inspections" that missed a ton of stuff that they guys here were able to spot in about 5 minutes.
