What a wonderful way to start the new year
So I wake up this morning at like 4 after not getting to sleep til around 9am this morning...Take my dog out and walk past my car to see from afar what I thought was a ticket, but I get closer and see that it's an accident report. I'm like wtf, my car looks fine, then I walk around to the other side and see the carnage. Apparantly it happened at 2:30 in the afternoon, and I'm still puzzled how he could have hit my parked car like he did. The only real damage is the driver side door, and some light scratches on the rear quarterpanel and side skirt. But I don't wanna drive it due to any frame or engine damage caused from the impact.
I'm fuming right now though...you better believe I'm gonna hit this mother****er with everything I got, new paint job, rental car, all replaced parts that were even touched, valve adjustment (I think the impact caused a slight engine tick ). Either way, what a ****ing great way to bring in the new year, with a ****ed up car....
So Tony Ciancio wherever the **** you are, suck my dick mutha****a
Sorry, I'm a little pissed right now....

i really doubt you'd get a new car over something that small. the damage looks pretty localized to the door.

Im just saying you should get some kind of compensation for the future when it might be harder to sell it if someone see work done. A door skin isnt a big deal but when you are talking about welding, adding metal, and bondo, then trying to match black paint with out orange peel also you should get compensated.
Still either way this sucks.
