What diff fluid do you use?

I am curious about syncomesh in the diff. I've never heard of this. I've run LE607 and Mobile 1. Word of caution on the LE607, it isn't really suitable for cold weather, but it quieted down my diff quiet a bit (stock gears). I use Mobile 1 now b/c it is suited for all weather, it makes my diff slightly louder. (I have OCD when it comes to my S2k.)
I've used GM Syncromesh FM (Friction Modified), I used the old Honda trans fluid, and the new green label Honda MTF. The old fluid (not even available anymore) was nothing to write home about. The GMSM FM improved the shift feel quite a bit. Now I am running the Green label MTF and it's better than syncromesh FM. Awesome feel, not notchy, shifts like butter.
Motor Oil, I've used Mobile 1 for sometime and when the car is in storage there is some Full Syn Castrol that I've been running (quiets down the motor slightly compared to Mobile 1)

If you aren't having any issues with your rear end (or overly abusing your car...and by overly abusing, I mean to say using your car hard on a race track), I strongly urge you stay with the OEM Honda oil for the trans and the rear.
Using Redline, Royal Purple, Lucas, and some of the other 'high' end oils is akin to taking too many vitamins; soon enough you're pissing and flushing your money away.
Also, I don't suggest Mobile 1 synthetics for anything (...at one point I did, when their synthetic motor oil was really synthetic).

As for mentioning the GM/Penzoil Synchromesh oil, apologies. I confused its usefullness in the rear end vs. what it's really meant for, the transmission.
I DON'T use synchromesh in the tranny.

Honda changed their MTF a few years ago to make it more like syncromesh. I reccomend that for the trans.
LE607 is great stuff, but it gets VERY viscous when it's cold. If you drive your car in the winter (or really, anything below ~40 degrees) I wouldn't reccomend it. I ran Mobil1 75w90 in the diff with no trouble.
I don't reccomend switching products. I strongly reccomend picking a product and sticking with it. You never get ALL the fluid out when you do a change and constantly changing the product will create an interesting mix over time.
BTW -- I do NOT reccomend Mobil1 motor oil for the S2000. With the ceramic liners I really like Castrol GTX (which is non-synthetic.)

Although I use the Castrol Blend... conserves the heat transfer properties needed of a dino oil and the lubricaiton properties of a synthetic. Plus it's priced between the GTX and the full synthetic.

And you can pick up Le607 at hardtopguy.com or ricks2k.com. I believe the updated fluid is LE 1605. I think you would be fine with 1 bottle if I remember correctly. But I usually buy more than 1. If you spill some, you don't want to be SOL. don't forget a washers as well.

For a generally low mileage car, but with many autocross events and perhaps one track day a year, what are the recommended change intervals for transmission and differential fluids?
