Default Venting on stolen 4-wheeler

Hey all

I just have to vent.

As most know I have to sell most of all my things to survive. The car is the one thing I am not parting with yet. I have my F-150 for sale at my folks house and then put my Yamaha Banshee next to it. I had it locked and chained up to the truck. This morning my mom called and told me someone cut the lock and stoled the 4-wheeler. And ofcourse I don't have insurance on it. So I am out $2000.00 which I really needed.
The banshee will probably be stripped and sold on ebay. Which there is no way I could catch them. The cops came and theres a report, but I don't have confidence in anything happening.
My bike is for sale on ebay which ends in 5 hours. I do hope that my reserve is made and that goes. But I still have the truck for sale. I wanted to take the money from all three and buy an Honda element. The element is ugly but great for a handicap person like me.
This just sucks!!!

Oh well, I need to get past it and have a nice mothers day. the great thing about today is I get to spend lots of time today with my two dogs

Keith

Sorry to hear that Keith, that sucks the big one.

To help, if you do get an element, let me know, i can get them at wholesale cost at the auction auction and wouldnt charge you anymore than what i would pay for it.

I'm sorry to hear that, hopefully you'll find out who took it.

I'd have the parents call the local newspaper and tell them the story. I'm sure they'd run something on the basis of sympathy and you may get some outpouring help from the community.

Sorry to see you get kicked while you're down....there's reason for all of it. I don't know how much lower things can get for you, but that's why we, as friends and family, are here for you.

I'll call you later today....I heard a great joke the other day. Hopefully that can put a smile on your face. In the meanwhile, try and remember the good times you had at my bachelor party. We'll have another one soon....just need to find a bachelor.

while his hands are tied so he cant scratch. shitty to hear. i know i dont know you but i've read your story on the forums and am truly sorry to hear what happened. no one deserves that (except for that prick that stole your quad) and i'd be more than happy to have a meet to help benefit your situation. If anyone is interested i know the manager of a new buffalo wild wings and i could talk to him and see if maybe we can do a raffle with all proceeds going to aquatic. we can all bring items like those folding chairs with beer logo's and miscellaneous stuff (try to make it brand new) to raffle off while we have a car meet and eat at BWW. IF anyone is interested PLEASE let me know and i will see what i can pull off.

Find me a woman and I'll volunteer.............

In all seriousness, I'm really upset about all bad things Keith has endured since that Saturday morning. Things always happen for a reason as Urmil mentioned , and maybe this was that last test before brighter and happier days.
