I cannot believe you found that! A very good friend of mine had that exact plate about 20-25 years ago (before the screening that they do today). I was always jealous of that plate because they were screening shortly after that. He was killed in a car crash along time ago. I immediately wondered about his old plate. When I read this thread I went and asked my wife if she remembered Bill's plate and she did (and seemed pissed about it). Then I came back and continued reading the thread and found your post. Very weird!
