Kim and I had a Great Time, Great Weather, Great People, what more could you ask for?
The Kite is Natalie's Legs and made by Martin Lester. The Kite was banned for sale in the US when it was first released. The Kite also came with a Hand that attaches to the Line and Floats all the way up to Natalie's Jewels.

If the camera wasn't packed in the trunk I was going to get a pic of Charlie driving home. Poor guy didn't bring a hat and was driving with his hand shielding his eyes for 2+ hours!
Drive back wasn't that bad until I stupidly took 294 around the city instead of going straight through on 94-- its Saturday afternoon dumbass, traffic wouldn't have been that bad!-- and then when I was coming up on a toll some dumb woman's drivers-side mirror fell off her 87 Blazer ( ) and I rolled over it with my left-rear wheel... I was a little worried about it for the rest of the trip home but (so far) haven't noticed any problems.
And Garrison-- I'm totally stealing a picture for an avatar. I just have to wait until the people in my creative department get in to do a little photoshop work...
Again, really a great time and I'll look forward to doing it again.
Check for a similar (albeit, perhaps not as impressive in terms of dune size) WI meet coming up soon.
Cheers all!
Charlie

It was nice meeting all of you, and I had a great time. I was sorry I had to split early, but I had to get over to the other side of the state because I had evening plans in Lexigton, MI (I saw both coasts of lower Michigan that day -- 9 hours driving total).
Here are the three photos that I took with my camera phone:

Oh, and thanks to everyone for putting up with the kids (especially Charlie). They had a blast!

Charlie, those pictures are yours for the usin'. I figured if I took enough shots of ya, surely there would be some avatar-worthy material. I just cropped and resized a couple that looked cool to me.

I did attempt to catch up, but the traffic was not cooperating.

There must have been a british car show in Detroit or something. I saw two e-types headed that direction as I was headed home.
I'd also seen an MGB and a newer Jag earlier in the day.
