BTW, if I haven't mentioned it before, I will do so here. Thank you very much for supporting my next door neighbor's daughter and her efforts to get her color guard team down to the national meet in FL.

They are not only going down there to compete during their winter break, but they are going a whole week earlier to aid those in crisis after the hurricanes hit about a month ago. They will be working in the reserve shelters helping the shelters rebuild and restock the shelves that hold all the resources that are handed out to the people in need.

 

Why didn't you just bring them all down in the truck when you went to get the RSX?

Sunday is no good this weekend, but Saturday morning to early afternoon is a possibility.

I have two batches besides the one marked for Peter. One is marked 'John' and the other is marked "Johnny". I figured the "Johnny" was you (White Macadamia nut cookies). I don't know who the "John" is.....unless you ordered two batches.

I'll check with the neighbor tomorrow.

Lee....maybe next time, you should come with us on the road trip.

In fact, I have an idea. What about a group road trip. Let get a group of UMW owners to drive out to ......let's say, Atlanta.

It's about a 12 hour drive that can be done in about 9.5 hours in a Chevy 1500 (don't ask either Pinyo or me how we know).

We'll meet up with the local group to wherever we are visiting and hopefully the trip down there, the events there, and the trip back will give us all stories to talk about for years to come.

Anyone interested?
