hello all, i'm actually looking for a reputable tuner for either neo or emanage ultimate in the chicagoland area. i've heard of a few shops being able to tune neo, but not sure how experienced/good they are. from what i was able to read, it appears both units are fairly decent for i/h/tp/e set up. the main emphases appears to be on the tuner. any help is much appreciated.

Profunction is a shop that knows a lot about emanage, but NEO I am not sure.
