Good for signing up patinum. I will see you there. The last shawano event only had like 8 cars signed up in the afternoon, but this one filled up fast, morning and afternoon. Looks like it'll be a full track.

This event was really cool. I'd say it's halfway between a "real" track event and an autox. I was mostly in 2nd, dipping into first for some tight hairpins. Probably didn't have to be in first, but 8K rpm is cooler than bogging (even if bogging is faster). Could have hit 3rd, but really wasn't worth the shift.

it was nice meeting you raikou. Hope your bumper didn't get too scratched up . At least it wasn't as bad as that miata guy!

Video to come.

Nice to meet you too. I ran to autozone in shawano because my friend's car was melting spark plugs all day, so I grabbed some pre-wax cleaner, and with a little elbow grease almost all the scratches came off. As far as the mud-flappy thingy one bolt point was salvageable, I may jb weld it or something to be all new again.

One of the corner workers said he could see my transmission when I went airborn, sick shi#t I hope my struts aren't messed up (premature leakage?)

I started to get the hang of things towards the end of the session, got a lot smoother. But I shouldn't have tried to hold that slide so long. I wouldn't have jumped the car off the hill.

I have to remember I'm not driving a 240 anymore.
