Track Day - Shawano Wisconsin - USA Raceway
So there is another track day at the Shawano Track on August 13th.
I'm thinking about heading up there again. I had a blast the last time I went. It was an excellent value for the seat time. And a great course for someone like me who had never run on a track.
Just throwing this up here so if anyone is interested they can sign up.
Price is $65
4 - 15 minute sessions

I've been to these events in my 240, and just recently my AP2. The track is pretty fun. I rode with a guy in a Suzuka AP1 w/ suspension, slicks, etc.. he was freakin' fast. I think the AP1 is suited more for this track than the AP2, w/ 9k redline, and the short jints from corner to corner your not required to shift every single second.
I may go to the one in August, they usually have them once a month.
I would reccomend these events held at this track, they aren't very expensive, the track is decent, with killer elevation changes. ClubFR holds a lot of drift days at the track too. It see's a lot of cars not just carts. Check out the track photos:

I rode in that Blue Suzuka too. I almost puked my guts out after that ride.... But he was fast. And his veilside teardrop exhaust was going to make me deaf.....

The car club is looking for a bunch more people to go to this event.
I can say, I'm definetly going. So if there are any other S2000's available on August 13th, come to Shawano.
Right now there will be "officially" 2 s2000, we need more S2K's and less oriental 4x4's....
and so.......BUMP!!!!
Tcho82 come on up!!!!!
Pushin9???

I can't afford tires right now so I only signed up for the afternoon session, right now it is 5 oriental 4x4's and a 240 and me, the morning session has more of a diverse crowd though. You can run both if you want. I would but like I said I'm a poor bastard who just got his S2000.
