You can't stream or upload from the BBC since we don't pay the licensing fees in the States, in England everyone pays a license fee to the BBC to watch the programs, this is why they don't have commercials.

Well, true fans would just wait for when Top Gear is in the off season. Or, if you have Sky, you could watch loads of TG repeats on Dave (it's a channel). I really wish they'd offer it as a package over here, I know I'd pay for it.

is Comcast offering BBC America in HD now? that would be awesome. Top Gear is shot in a way that really deserves to be seen in high def.
