I know when I sold my MINI, I had it on Autotrader for ages with no luck, but then it sold quickly on Craigslist from some lady in WI who saw the ad, called me, drove down, and bought it all in one day.

 

I have never had success with CL but many of my friends have. I listed all kinds of stuff lately and I would get nothing but spam and that famous I'm out of the country BS. Funny I just started to send people to random places in Chicago

 

Totally forgot about Cars.com.

 

Sold mine for $16.5k 1st week of July. Had it on Autotrader for 3 weeks. Not a single bite. Posted on Craigslist, sold the first week to a guy 1000 miles away.

MY2000 with 45K miles for anyone curious. Hope that helps. KBB private party was 18,100 at the time I sold it.
