Spring is right around the corner...
I say that as we are expected to be below 0 degrees this whole weekend. But really, Spring is right around the corner.
I've been seeing quite a few S2000 in and around the NW 'burbs, which only means to me that when the nicer weather hits, I should be seeing a lot of S2K's.
Here's what I'd like the community at large to do for the rest of us: PASS THE WORD. When you see/meet other S2K owners, let them know about us. Tell them to hit up http://UMW.s2ki.com
Pete and I will be working on getting business cards designed, printed, and passed out so that it's easier to pass the word or 'tag' the S2K you see with our business card.
I hope to see the driving season of 2008 as a revival of what we had a couple of years. The activity and number of events the community attended was incredible.
Let's get it going....err, as my esteemed colleague may state, "Git'R'Done". I'm not going to be the one to tell Pete (ruexp67) that the line should be buried...but if anyone else would like to, please feel free.

The business cards are a great idea, and hope that they're ready soon, as i see the same s2ks parked in certain spots, but am pretty sure they're not on here. hopefully the spring/summer will be a great time.

here's a question, how do I get a search result in Google to the top of the list?
Basically, if someone were to type in "S2Ki UMW" or "UMW S2Ki" into Google, I'd hope that "http://umw.s2ki.com" would be the first link shown.
Does anyone have a way to get that result to the top...any contacts at Google that can get the search result hard coded for us?

searching "s2ki umw" brings up the umw introductions thread.
The google search engine is pretty complex - It's pretty hard to trick it. You can see details here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_search, but the basic premise is that other credible sites have to link to your site.

Great Idea!! I've seen at least 3 different s2k's here in Kenosha this week alone and I don't think any are on here. It would be nice to have cards to leave. Since I've been in the RSX it's hard to get their attention on the street
