This will be the third annual Pioneer Wine Trail meet/drive/wine tasting.

The Pioneer Wine Trail is a collection of SE Michigan wineries:


In the past couple years we've had success visiting Pentamere, Cherry Creek Old Schoolhouse, Lone Oak, Sanhill Crane, and Chateau Aeronautique, combined with lunch in Tecumseh. Right now, I'm thinking I'll stick with the same plan as the past two years. As usual, things will get rolling (meaning we're leaving) in the morning beginning at the Jackson Rd at Zeeb Road Meijer parking lot in Ann Arbor, MI (5645 Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor, MI) at 10:30 a.m. sharp, on Saturday, May 12th, 2012 (be early, don't be late):

Newbie, from NE Indiana. Date looks good and I would attend. I normally trek to Fenn Valley Winery which is farther north near Saugatuck / Douglas. Great wines. Always open to trying new brands and this looks like a great tour.
