SE Michigan Pioneer Wine Trial - Group drive and wine tasting.
I know it's a little bit early to get this going, but it seems to be pretty popular; so, I thought I'd give everyone plenty of notice to mark this one down in your calendars! Please note, this is the day before Mother's Day and wine makes a great Mother's Day gift!
This will be the fourth annual Pioneer Wine Trail meet/drive/wine tasting!
The Pioneer Wine Trail is a collection of SE Michigan wineries:
In the past couple years we've had success visiting Pentamere, Cherry Creek Old Schoolhouse, Lone Oak, Sanhill Crane, and Chateau Aeronautique, combined with lunch in Tecumseh. We're gonna try out a new route this year and see how it goes! (the starting location remains unchanged though)
As usual, things will get rolling (meaning we're leaving) in the morning beginning at the Jackson Rd at Zeeb Road Meijer parking lot in Ann Arbor, MI (5645 Jackson Rd., Ann Arbor, MI) at 10:30 a.m. sharp, on Saturday, May 11th, 2013 (be early, don't be late):
