He really doesn't. But s2ki also doesn't need to allow him to have selling rights either. If he doesn't want to prove to the community he's a stand up guy (which is completely his right), we don't have to treat him like one (which is completely ours).
Exactly.

Meet me/us halfway on this... So far, I'm not seeing any attempt at trying to a peaceful resolution.

Your right he doesnt but if i knew i was being honest i wouldnt have a problem showing the proof
Your right. All this drama over $150 seems absolutely ridiculous. If his selling rights are revoked then he will have a hard time selling his turbo kit to anyone else. Maybe then he will make things right, sell his parts and move on. I do feel sorry to anyone that purchases his soon to be stock car.

All SBroadacz has to do is post a scan of the canceled check that Martin supposedly cashed.

It's THAT simple! If Marty threw away three check, put a stop payment on them and pay him cash.

In my book (which is my OPINION and will hold until proven otherwise, like with a scan of a canceled check), SBroadacz, you're a thief.

I have an extremely hard time believing Martin threw away 3 checks, that's about as likely as me flying to the moon.

^You didn't buy a Mugen wing for nothing...

Shftat9k - It's unfortunate something like this had to happen and I hope this is resolved in a civil manner. FWIW, if sbroadcz has any common sense, he'll resolve this without legal action; the small claims court filing fee alone is $500 and it's not worth it to go that far for something as trivial (in $) as this.

Maybe Jackie Childs would take his case

The post in the feedback thread has been re-opened and will provide the opportunity for sbrodacz to post either a copy of the bank transaction or definitive evidence that will show that the transaction has been completed. Whatever "legal action" he wants to take is between seller and buyer...

Until further notice, all correspondance will be conducted in the feedback thread. Urmil is the Moderator in that forum and will recommend action as necessary.

I am going to close this thread. If people have questions on why I am closing this thread, you are free to PM me. I think the community has spoken and the ball is in his court.
