Peeps:
Camp trip is only a two weeks away. This meet will focus on the route as well as all the camping gear everyone will need. We can coordinate what gets brought from who, collect everyone Phone numbers and figure out who will be driving/picking up people as well as a Caravan to head there. We can also pick up supplies from DICKS and look at the Kevlar cayak.

You'll be fine.. if you are bummed out, I'll just have to tie you to a chair and expose you to 10 hours of Wayne Newton and my twilight dance

Can't do it....I am hosting friends from Toronto for this weekend's festivities. Ronica should be good and drunk all weekend...so I'll be tending to her bar-tab Sat.
As for seeing what everyone should bring, just compile a list of the things we need, and have people volunteer of what they'll be bringing.
As for me, I'll be bringing two sleeping bags, a tent, clothes, and other necessities for both Ronica and me.
For the group, I will be bringing:
drinks,
some marinated chicken (for Friday night),
two ice chests (one hopefully filled with Emmett's Pub grawlers),
a bag of charcoal,
BBQ utensils,
and a Jr. Smokey Joe BBQ grill.
I'm sure there's at least one grocery store near us, so as for food, some of us can make a run early Saturday morning before others wake up to pick up food for the day for that day. I don't sleep much and have a habit of being up by 6AM, so if someone is willing to either drive me or lend me their car, I'll do the Saturday morning run.
As for Sunday, my plan is to take down the tent and pack up the goodies for the return trip. Eat/drink whatever we have left (and if Saturday night has gone according to plan....no one will be in the mood for food the next morning).
What else do we need? Volleyball net, volleyball, bikes, etc?
