If its shaking at a specific RPM, it's likely driveshaft or some other drivetrain component. My car started shaking when they repaved the freeway out by work years ago. Didn't do it before.

Some areas both my cars drive silky smooth at the aforementioned speeds, and other times I get that occilating vibration. Since I don't get it an ALL roads, I'm thinking roads are to blame for about 75% of this.
