Thanks!

I tried to go to the NBC5 site, my silly work internet filters it out. I will check it when I get home.

Anyway, it's too bad when someone has to pay the ultimate price. Sorry man.

One bad decision doesnt mean he may have been a terrible person. How many times have all of us made bad choices, and have had close calls. It doesnt make all of us assholes.
It seems that the guy made bad decisions everytime he got behind the wheel. It was just a matter of time before it caught up with him.

You are correct that everyone has made bad decisions. If this guy was known as a safe and courteous driver and this was his only "bad decision" then I'm sure people would be more sympathetic.

The guy passed away, what is flaming him going to do now? Make this into positive example and nothing more. He's some else's friend and let things be just like you would want if you're in the same shoes.

Ok extreme example:

Your moms a crack addict, she dyes on an overdose.

You tell your friends about your loss, and they say. "She was a stupid bitch anyway."

Regardless, of bad decisions or not, doesnt give anyone the right to be so unsymathetic about the loss of someones friend.

seems... keyword... you DID NOT know him. This reputation of his IS false. He did not even have a radar detector in his car... and amazingly did not have speeding tickets hmm...

don't believe everything you hear... and i'm definately not defending him, just stating facts... he had his "spirited drives" once in a while... just like most of car enthusaists anyways
