The color is Lexus Flint Mica with a little more bronze and pink pearl in it. It's off the 2009 RX400h....

Lexus still has the same color in their lineup but it's called something different.

You're more than welcome to check out the car in person...but do it quick, it's getting another color swap this winter.

Ahh, that's a lot darker than what I was imagining, then. Key lime might look better than I previously thought.
