Recommended Driving Roads for fall?
Hello UMW folks! I'm from chicago, new to the forum, and my first post here.
Any of you have recommended good scenic driving roads for the fall season around the Chicago area? Searched for this topic but didn't come up with any.
Looking forward to top-down driving this fall!
Thanks all.

Check out any of the Wisconsin "Rustic Roads". http://www.dot.wisconsin.gov/travel/scenic/maps.htm
As far as twisties for sprited driving, I haven't come across any great ones. But as far as scenic, fall cruising at a slower pace it's definitely a nice way to spend a Saturday. I believe the Kettle Moraine Scenic drive (http://dnr.wi.gov/topic/parks/kmscenicdrive.html) is part of the Rustic Roads program, and can be a nice looong drive. I've made it from Road America to Southern WI - again, not really the twistiest roads, but rural and back-road enough to be interesting.

Hello and welcome!!
In addition to the routes discussed, some of the other nice areas are West of St. Charles, along Sheridan up north of the city, and out near Starved Rock.

Also, the section of highway 20 between East Troy and Waterford has some REALLY nice curves, and the roads are a bit wider, and thus more forgiving: http://goo.gl/maps/sfGGs
Meanwhile, I'm sitting here researching winter storage tips

K1ngfunk - St. Charles area is not far and will be a destination this weekend.
