ok, I'll have to get a plate or vin today. Hopefully someone on here has the ability to run it.

maybe the owner just doesnt like it

edit: not that i see. It orginally didn't have any flats either

it could simply be that the car is a having starting problems and the owner, who has buisness in the area, hasn't have the time/funds for repair.
