Default Possible abandoned/stolen ap2 Fort Wayne, IN

I keep seeing this on the way to school, and it hasnt moved in 6 months (seriously). Just thought i would post on here to see if anyone is missing theirs.
It has red seats and about 2 flat tires

Its in a private parking lot though. The owner(s) of the lot would have had it towed after a week of sitting there or so. Unless the owner of the car works there/rents business space it would have disappeared a long time go.
