Open Track Weekend at Gingerman June 30-July 1
I want to invite you guys out to our second event of the year at Gingerman Raceway. Our plan is to run clockwise on Saturday and counter clockwise on Sunday. We tried this in April, but the track got flooded Saturday night preventing us from doing it safely. The track said they will fix the issues. Hopefully, it won't rain, but if it does we will be set.
Cost for the event is $180/day or $300 for the weekend.
We will use four run groups with open passing in the most experienced group. Lunch is provided (a real catered lunch) as are drinks and instructors.
Let me know if you have questions. Otherwise, please head to 3ballsracing.com to sign up.
Thanks
Ken

First timers are more than welcome. We will get you setup with an instructor in the morning and cover a lot of details in the instruction session. There will be plenty of people to give you pointers, rides, whatever.
Thanks

Well it looks like I'll be going. I'm going to hold of on registration for now, but I'll probably get registered really soon. I'll be a first timer
Will the instructors be able to "sign off" newb's like me for solo driving over the course of a weekend (assuming I'm not a complete idiot at driving)?

We don't require a formal sign off. We will put an instructor with you for the first session. After that, instruction is on a first come, first served basis. Obviously, we will keep an eye on you, but you will be able to drive solo.
Thanks

Glad to have you GravyRobber.
Can we get any more of the S2000 crowd? We haven't seen too many yet this year. I'd like to recreate the S2000 Fest we had at Grattan a couple of years ago.
