3 Balls Racing is hosting an open track day at Gingerman on Monday, September 3. There will be an instruction session in the morning, and instructors available during the day. However, this is more of a lapping day than a school. We run 15-20 minute sessions with 4 run groups. The drivers' meeting is at 8:30, and the track goes hot at 9. Lunch and drinks will be provided. The track closes at 5. Cost for this event is $140 payable by check or Paypal (extra fee for Paypal). For more details, and to register, please visit our website.

We just came back from Grattan and had a blast. There was a strong S2000 showing at the track, and camping. Hopefully, the camping experience won't scare anyone away.

Just got back from Grattan with 3 balls racing and just registered for the Gingerman event. Hoping for an even bigger S2K turnout!

 

Very tempting. How many spots are left and when do I have to register by?

 

We have over 40 spots open right now. Registration will close August 27. After that, you can check with me to see if we have open spots.

They had a great event at Grattan. The lunch and drinks were a great idea and deal. $140 for gingerman is a great price.


Not sure if I am going to make this or not. My race tires are shot, one rear is total thread, and I don't have a spare set anymore. Guess I wasn't to smart. We'll see about this event.

Just got back from my long weekend double header at Grattan / Gingerman!!

The 3 Balls Racing group hosted a great event and provided enough food and drink to get me through the day at Grattan.

When I first folded up my tent at Grattan I was looking forward to a clean hotel, but after arriving at Gingerman and finding a nice shady camping area & clean showers for $5 along with some SCCA racing going on this was the spot for me.

I will see what I can do to conive my way in to coming out on Sept 3rd. I need to work on, turns 5 & 6 (The Chicago Loop)

 

Can you post here when the number of open spaces gets down to about 3? I'm still debating...

 

I will try to keep you updated. We are making a huge push to sell spots for this event over the next couple of weeks.
