Online Lease Swap
Has anyone tried or know a few things (pros/cons) about swapalease.com. I'm thinking about trying it, but I wanted to know of your opinions/experiences before go further. Thanks.

as far as I know Honda Financial will not let you swap out your lease. You should do a search (through google with s2ki as the url as the search here isnt working) for lease swapping.
The general concensus is:
1) Honda Financial will not let you swap out your lease or transfer it to someone else outright -
2) You can sign over your lease to someone else, but you will remain liable for ALL payments until the lease is paid off
However, if you have your lease through a company other than Honda Financial - ignore all the above!

That was helpful.
A lease can be a really good way to go. It all depends on the situation. My S is a lease.

If the link above doesn't work, click here and then type in "Lease" and "swap". Separate the two words with a space in the search text box.

I heard in some cases its a big pain in the ass. It depends on the bank holding the lease and the terms and conditions. It's hard to say. I guess in your case, you are taking over someone elses lease, which may give you limited liability if something were to happen. The original leasee may ( as Lee mentioned) may ultimately be resposible if you don't pay up or live to terms.
One of the guys at work took over someones Volvo lease . His wife found that car off the same website. He said it was a big pain in the ass and probably wouldn't do it again. .02
