yea they aren't worried about the tires if they want to tow it they will. Harder yes but it wont stop then and its not that hard to get into the car and release the e-brake and take out of gear and just lift and tow from the front.

Also I remember sitting at a restaurant where street parking was prohibited. I saw a parking enforcement tow-truck pluck cars out from behind other cars. They can do AMAZING things with the trucks, unfortunatly.
I'm very sorry about your loss. Good luck with the insurance company.

^^ I don't get it.
Can't they just tow you from the front and release the parking brake.. so rears are following?
Happened to our Mercedes last night. It completely locked up with wheels completely turned and car wouldn't start and brakes were applied. * Serious electrical issues*
1) The tow truck driver hooked up the car from the front even tho the wheels turned and he had to drag it a few feet before the bed.
2) Sprayed WD40 on the path where it would drag the wheels and on the bed
Baraboom, the Mercedes was towed.
