Alta/K-Station is a good building. Tons of amenities and tucked away in a quiet area. My girlfriend and I walk our dog there all the time (there's a dog park adjacent to the building). Congratulations on your decision to bring the car. Hopefully, I'll see you at a track day or autocross.

Viagra Triangle is located in the Gold Coast/Streeterville area. Specifically, it's the triangle formed by State/Rush/Chicago. Rush/Division is also considered part of the triangle, even though it's a few blocks away. There are a ton of bars/restaurants in the area and it's infamous for milfs & old wealthy men in their exotic vehicles picking up young gold digger tail. There are also a lot of suburbanites who frequent the area.
