yea, I wanna play frizbee. if we get 10 we should play a game of ultimate.

 

Frisbee would be key. There's a great field right on the lakefront with plenty of parking off Lake Drive-- real near UWM too so the sights would be great too. Don't know about the legality of alcohol in that particular area but that doesn't mean I haven't done it before!

How does September 1 look for everyone? I would be a little more comfortable with that, give me some more time to plan. I've contacted the Milwaukee Art Museum to see if we can use the roundabout in front of the new Calatrava expansion for pictures...could be phenomenally cool. The later the better, though, as far as that's concerned to give them time to prepare.

I think food is essential-- there's a great location at Doctor's Park in Whitefish Bay that also has plenty of parking and grills/grassy areas to hang out in. Again, don't know how legal booze is but I could sure investigate.

If there are permits involved would people be willing to chip in?

Would love to but "labor day weekend show" doesn't work... Damn....

 

I hate to do this but I have to change dates again-- I just learned that my band is playing on September 1st and I'd have to leave early. September 8th is the next possible Saturday which also gets it out of Labor Day's way. My birthday is September 14th as well which could make it even more fun. How about that?
